Hatha Yoga Classes

Saturdays 8:30 - 10am
Wednesdays 6 - 7:30pm

Practicing yoga is a time to focus inward. To connect with your breath and body. It’s a time to be fully present with yourself. As you become more aware of the breath the thought process slows down and you feel where you’re holding tension. Then you can relax and let it go.

Each class provides a slow, gentle, meditative stretch. Postures flow naturally from standing, kneeling, sitting and lying down, ending with a ten minute relaxation. It will help with your flexibility, balance and strength…and it will be an oasis for your mind and body in the midst of a busy life.

Beginners are welcome and private classes are available. Please call to reserve a space.
